We warmly welcome you to the Landhotel Helms in Bergen-Altensalzkoth in the heart of the Lüneburg Heath. Here with us in Altensalzkoth you have many opportunities to discover nature, relax and spend pleasant hours.

Stay overnight in our hotel and spend a few pleasant days with your partner or the whole family. The 30 double rooms and 19 single rooms are all equipped with telephone, TV, bath or shower and WC as standard. If you would like to spend a few days in a spacious and comfortable room, then book one of our premium comfort rooms. Here you will find peace and relaxation.

Start the day with a balanced and hearty breakfast before setting off on excursions or business appointments in the surrounding area. At lunchtime we offer you warm cuisine à la carte until 14:00. Our menu includes classic recipes and regional specialities, so there is something for everyone. For dinner, our kitchen staff are at your disposal from 18:00 to 21:00.
Enjoy a delicious meal with friends in our restaurant, use our conference rooms for a business lunch or a training session. In summer, our beer gardens offer a marvellous ambience. Under the large old beech tree it is pleasantly shady even on hot days. Behind the house, the little ones can play in the playground while their parents relax on the terrace or make plans for the next day's excursion.

The conditions for your seminars, conferences and meetings are simply ideal. In our bright and spacious rooms you will find enough room for your event. The beautiful and peaceful outdoor facilities can also be used for open-air work in summer. The car park directly at the hotel means that distances are short and all participants can easily reach the conference venue. In addition, our hotel is centrally located between Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg and is just as easy to reach from all locations as it is from Braunschweig, Lüneburg or Wolfsburg. For the federal state of Lower Saxony, we are a central starting point for participants from a wide variety of regions.

Our chef prepares all meals freshly for you, using selected ingredients from the region and offering regional specialities such as game or Heidschnucken dishes. We work closely with local hunters and butchers so that we can always offer high quality products.

Restaurant
With its rustic charm, our restaurant invites you to end the evening in a cosy atmosphere, whatever the weather, with good food and a freshly tapped Pilsner or a good glass of wine. The restaurant has room for 35 guests. Table reservations are recommended.

The Landhotel Helms is located in the south of the Lüneburg Heath and offers numerous possibilities for leisure activities. If you want to combine your conference with a tour through the beautiful countryside or an excursion to the nearby nature parks, then the Landhotel Helms is the perfect choice. The Lüneburg Heath offers many recreational and sightseeing opportunities, which are very easy to reach from our hotel. We are also happy to help you organise suitable transport.
